Sheher Saaz provided the design, project management, and supervision services for an office building complex for a project of Dubai Build Green Project regarding providing working space for their staff and workers. The Project is comprised of two basements that are reserved for parking, ground plus four floors having a covered area of (24,514) Sqft. The whole building complex has been designed on the concept of zero energy design (ZED) to significantly reduce energy consumption in the design, construction, and operation of any new building by incorporating energy-efficient strategies and undertaking retrofits to improve the efficiency of the building.
