The project is about managing existing dwellers of village and slum areas and providing its recommendation on its adequacy for the land use plan of Sector G-12, Islamabad. The total area of the Project is approximately 957 Acres in Sector -12 Islamabad. Scope of work mainly including Data Collection, Survey, Analysis, and Project Brief Feasibility, Preliminary Design Stage for infrastructure development works, Detailed Design / Working Drawings including urban regeneration plan. Final Design and Tender Documents and construction supervision services.
