Creation / Development of Parks and PlayGround is the need for providing health/exercise facilities along with heath environment/ entertainment facilities to the local public and better living standard to residents of the city by the improvement of fresh environment facilities in the city. As there was no prominent recreational facility for the residents of Khanewal City at the public level. Hence the Local Government of Khanewal Decided to establish a lake on about 7.25 acres of Government land adjacent to the existing Fazal Park. It was a project for providing health/exercise facilities along with healthy environment/entertainment facilities to the Local Public and to provide better living standards to the residents of the city. Sheher Saaz was assigned a task for the detailed master plan, architectural design, project management services, and resident supervision of the entire project.
