AKPBSP appointed M/s Sheher Saaz for the development of spatial designs and associated implementation plans for rural and/or peri-urban areas. The consultant is expected to conduct Master Planning for 03 Villages/Helmets namely BATSWAT (total covered area 5.7 km2), Bilham BALA (total covered area 3.09 km2), and Bilhanz PAYEEN (total covered area 2.08 km2). Spatial designs along with an implementation plan will be formulated for 25-30 years projecting into the future. The approach developed for implementation of the spatial plans will be modular i.e., a stepwise implementation approach to attain the goals of spatial planning. Planning will be based on the detailed socio-economic and land-use priorities of residents and relevant Government agencies.
