EGV has entered into an agreement with the Ghana State Housing Company—the governmental body responsible for public housing delivery—to develop 30,000 housing units across six regions of Ghana. The project is structured in three phases, with 10,000 units planned in each phase. Sheher Saaz was engaged as the consulting firm responsible for preparing the conceptual master plan for this large-scale housing initiative.

The project was to build 2500 affordable housing units at Chiniot for lower- and middle-income group of the population on 1200 kanal land. PHATA hired services of M/s Sheher Saaz Pvt Ltd to conduct project feasibility study, town Planning, Infrastructure designing and transaction advisory services on two to three models on PPP and Govt Mode basis.
