Client: Provincial Housing Authority, Govt of KP

Urban Area Development Authority Bannu Intends to develop a new city in Bannu namely Banni Gul City on an area around 11,000 kanal. The Project is located in Ghori Wala Bannu at distance of approximate 12 km from City Center. M/s Sheher Saaz is awarded with the project to conduct its detailed feasibility study along with town planning and detailed designing.

FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR HOSPITAL AND SHOPPING MALL DEVELOPMENT AT ELITE REVERIE, ISLAMABAD

Client: Elite Estates Private Limited

The project was to prepare a feasibility report on Hospital and Retail Center development in Eighteen; the project was intended to be targeted at high end public, the client wanted a detailed report showing whether the projects under consideration are feasible to be built or not. The report should consist a market analysis that supports the built of the facilities.

Kingfisher Court is a brand-new student accommodation in Huddersfield, offering 252 modern studio apartments. It aims to address the shortage of purpose-built student housing in the area. Situated in the Waterside Quarter development, it adds a contemporary touch to the evolving Huddersfield skyline.

INTERNATIONAL MARKET TRENDS OF TOURIST AND IMPACT STUDY OF TOURIST FLOW IN GILGIT BALTISTAN

The project was to conduct feasibility study in assisting the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan by preparing feasibility study for international market trends of tourist and impact study of tourist flow in Gilgit Baltistan. This Feasibility Study will provide guidance, direction and complete essential data for planning and incubate investment opportunities in Tourism sector in GB.

PLDC initiated the project of Ashiana Iqbal at Burki Road, Lahore on Public Private Partnership mode in 2014. The feasibility of report of project was prepared by Lahore Development Authority. Sheher Saaz was awarded with project to prepare the feasibility of project on Government mode with 2 to 3 financial models

The project was to prepare a financial feasibility report preparation for 50K Housing units in Lahore. This feasibility shall be based on 2-3 options from developers’ point of view, from buyers/applicant point of view and also considering PPP/Joint Venture of the Public Sector with Private Developer.
