The Environmental Master Plan for Mingora city will be developed to provide a guidance document for the city to address the prevailing environmental issues. The consideration of climate change and its impacts on the residents of the city will also be considered. The Environmental management and action plans will be established alongside the recent Climate Change Policy and Action Plan of KPK. Continuous research exercises, civic engagement, and community involvement are carried out which will be resulting in policies, strategies and actions that promote healthy, safe and sustainable communities within the city.
