AL HAI ALTHAQAFI PROJECT, OMAN
The Al-HAI A’Thaqafi Project is an innovative development spanning an area of 14.4 square kilometers in the southwest of Nizwa, Sultanate of Oman. Recognized as the first Smart City of Oman, this project integrates cutting-edge technology and sustainable practices to create a futuristic urban environment. Al-HAI A’Thaqafi offers a blend of residential, commercial, and recreational spaces designed to enhance the quality of life for its residents. The smart city infrastructure includes advanced energy management systems, efficient public transportation, and high-speed connectivity, ensuring seamless integration of daily activities. With a focus on sustainability, the project features green buildings, ample green spaces, and eco-friendly amenities.
MASTER PLAN OF SALAMIYAH, SYRIA
In Syria, AKAH is formulating a Resilience Plan for Salamiyah City to address current needs and accommodate future demographics up to 2050. Sheher Saaz Pvt Ltd is consulting on the project, conducting an in-depth analysis of Salamiyah's urban landscape, identifying weaknesses, and developing a detailed habitat and neighborhood-level architectural plan. This initiative aims to create a resilient, sustainable city that adapts to evolving societal and environmental dynamics.

Sheher Saaz has designed the new version of University of Sialkot using the concepts of energy Efficiency and interactive public spaces. Campus is designed to accommodate admin block, departments and university library, faculty hostel along with gymnasium and auditorium
SPHF: CLIMATE RESILIENT
SPHF "Mirzo Awan is being transformed into a Climate Change Resilient Model Town in Sindh, Pakistan. Home to over 1,000 residents, the village has repeatedly faced devastating floods. Sheher Saaz is dedicated to building resilient homes and sustainable communities for those displaced and at risk. The project prioritizes enhancing water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) facilities. Guided by a comprehensive feasibility study, it incorporates climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies, while promoting social equity and inclusion to ensure that all stakeholders, particularly the most vulnerable, are supported.

A' TAYIB INTEGRATED INDUSTRIAL VILLAGE
The Sultanate of Oman is making strides towards self-sufficiency in the poultry sector, with the Al-Tayyab Poultry project poised to increase domestic production significantly. By producing 200,000 broiler chickens daily and contributing an additional 10,000 metric tons of eggs annually, Oman is set to achieve 78% self-sufficiency in poultry. Sheher Saaz played a key role in this transformative project by designing a 5000-kanal facility. The design includes: Hatchery and Broiler Sections: Optimized for large-scale poultry production. Slaughterhouses: Equipped with modern facilities, designed following comprehensive environmental and transportation impact assessments. Employee Infrastructure: Residential and green spaces for 1,500 permanent employees
MEDICAL CITY TEXAS
Located in a rapidly expanding suburb of Dallas, Texas, this 27-acre parcel of land adjacent to the newly opened Collin Community College offers a strategic investment opportunity within the burgeoning Dallas Medical City district. RESILIENT NEIGHBORHOODS: SHEEPSHEAD BAY, USA
The SSBD aimed to promote local retail and residential development through specific land use and design regulations in a waterfront commercial area, including floor area bonuses for sites with public plazas. After Hurricane Sandy, it was found that SSBD provisions may have increased flood risk. The updated SSBD zoning proposal aims to encourage resilient plaza designs, ensure accessibility, and create inviting streetscapes.
LAHORE TIME SQUARE PAKISTAN
Lahore Times Square, located along Shabir Sharif Boulevard in DHA Phase 6, will be a mixed-use development featuring residential, commercial, and mixed-use towers, a five-star hotel, a shopping destination, and a mosque. Spanning 451 kanal (2,029,500 sqft), it will be near Lahore's international airport and 25 km from the railway station. The project includes 32 G+30 floor towers and will be the first LEED-certified neighborhood development in the region, with a proposed density comparable to Hong Kong.
