AL HAI ALTHAQAFI PROJECT, OMAN
The Al-HAI A’Thaqafi Project is a visionary urban development covering 14.4 square kilometers in southwest Nizwa, Sultanate of Oman. As Oman’s first Smart City, it merges advanced technology with sustainable design. The project features a mix of residential, commercial, and recreational zones aimed at improving livability. With green buildings, efficient transport, smart energy systems, and high-speed connectivity, Al-HAI A’Thaqafi is designed to foster a modern, eco-conscious lifestyle within a fully integrated smart urban environment.
MASTER PLAN OF SALAMIYAH, SYRIA
In Syria, AKAH is formulating a Resilience Plan for Salamiyah City to address current needs and accommodate future demographics up to 2050. Sheher Saaz Pvt Ltd is consulting on the project, conducting an in-depth analysis of Salamiyah's urban landscape, identifying weaknesses, and developing a detailed habitat and neighborhood-level architectural plan. This initiative aims to create a resilient, sustainable city that adapts to evolving societal and environmental dynamics.

Kingfisher Court is a new purpose built student accommodation development, that will provide 252 modern high quality residential studio apartments to the significantly undersupplied purpose built student accommodation market in Huddersfield.

PRIVATE LABOR ACCOMMODATION, Dubai
Design of Ground + 4 floor Labour accommodation was constructed for 300 labourer was established, total area 248590 sq ft year of completion 2020.
RESILIENT NEIGHBORHOODS: SHEEPSHEAD BAY, USA
The SSBD aimed to promote local retail and residential development through specific land use and design regulations in a waterfront commercial area, including floor area bonuses for sites with public plazas. After Hurricane Sandy, it was found that SSBD provisions may have increased flood risk. The updated SSBD zoning proposal aims to encourage resilient plaza designs, ensure accessibility, and create inviting streetscapes.
LOW-COST HOUSING UNITS REPUBLIC OF GHANA, AFRICA
The Kpone affordable housing project, a partnership between the Ghanaian government and a US-Ghanaian firm, involves building 2,500 housing units in Kpone. The project, 70% complete, includes 1, 2, and 3-bedroom flats. Pricing is as follows: Studio Apartment – $8,000, 1 Bedroom Apartment – $17,000, 1 Bedroom Special – $24,000, 2 Bedroom Apartment – $28,000. This initiative aims to make housing more accessible to Ghanaians.

SPHF: CLIMATE RESILIENT
SPHF "Mirzo Awan is being transformed into a Climate Change Resilient Model Town in Sindh, Pakistan. Home to over 1,000 residents, the village has repeatedly faced devastating floods. Sheher Saaz is dedicated to building resilient homes and sustainable communities for those displaced and at risk. The project prioritizes enhancing water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) facilities. Guided by a comprehensive feasibility study, it incorporates climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies, while promoting social equity and inclusion to ensure that all stakeholders, particularly the most vulnerable, are supported.
LAHORE TIME SQUARE PAKISTAN
Lahore Times Square, located along Shabir Sharif Boulevard in DHA Phase 6, will be a mixed-use development featuring residential, commercial, and mixed-use towers, a five-star hotel, a shopping destination, and a mosque. Spanning 451 kanal (2,029,500 sqft), it will be near Lahore's international airport and 25 km from the railway station. The project includes 32 G+30 floor towers and will be the first LEED-certified neighborhood development in the region, with a proposed density comparable to Hong Kong.
