A Sustainable Urban Regeneration Strategy for Syria

In Syria, AKAH is formulating a Resilience Plan for Salamiyah City to address current needs and  accommodate future demographics up to 2050. Client: Capital Development Authority

Regeneration plan for Islamabad's Sector G-06 includes converting residential areas into high-rise apartments, enhancing both sides of the nallah with landscaping, creating a Chinese town in Melody Markaz, promoting public transport, upgrading parks, and encouraging high-rise commercial development to boost business and employment opportunities.
