Client: Whistler management consultant FZ LLC

EGV has an agreement with the Ghana State Housing Company which is the government of Ghana arm to deliver housing required for the people of Ghana. The project encompasses of 30,000 housing units that are spread in 6 regions. The Project is divided into 3 phases with 10,000 housing units to be built in each Phase. Sheher Saaz was hired as consultant for developing concept master plan for the said project.

It was a project of Veterans Cooperative Housing Society (VCHS) LTD Islamabad to plan and design a housing project in an area of around 2000 Kanal. Sheher Saaz was assigned with the task to provide consultancy services for master planning, infrastructure designing, and construction supervision for civil and allied works.
