Sheher Saaz Private Limited is expanding its technical team and we are looking for dynamic, skilled professionals who are passionate about sustainable development and infrastructure excellence. 🛠️ 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 1: 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱: 7 to 10 years 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred) 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Lahore 🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: ◾ Lead infrastructure design and implementation for urban development, transport, and utility projects. ◾ Prepare, review, and approve engineering designs, BOQs, cost estimates, and execution plans. ◾ Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams (architects, planners, MEP engineers, contractors). ◾ Ensure regulatory compliance and manage NOC processes with relevant development authorities. ◾ Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure timely project delivery. ◾ Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and client briefings. ✅ 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: ◽ Proven experience in infrastructure design (roads, sewerage, stormwater, water supply). ◽ Strong knowledge of engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project, etc.). ◽ Excellent project management, budgeting, and client-handling skills. ◽ Strong leadership and communication skills. 🛠️ 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 2: 𝗝𝗿. 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱: Fresh graduate or 1 year 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Lahore 🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: ◾ Assist senior engineers in infrastructure planning and design. ◾ Prepare drawings, layouts, and technical documentation under supervision. ◾ Conduct field surveys and collect relevant data. ◾ Support in preparing reports, presentations, and feasibility studies. ◾ Participate in review meetings and contribute to problem-solving. ✅ 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: ◽ Good understanding of basic civil engineering principles and standards. ◽ Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office tools. ◽ Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment. ◽ Strong team spirit and attention to detail.
